Banquet Reimbursement Notice – Flower City Fellowship Convention

We have contacted all individuals who purchased banquet tickets regarding reimbursement.

If you believe you should have been contacted and have not heard from us, please check your email and voicemail. If you still have not received communication, kindly reach out to us using the form below.

For those who paid by cash or check and requested a refund, reimbursement checks will be available for pickup at Central Office beginning Thursday. Please cash your check as soon as possible, as we are working to close the books for this year’s convention.

Individuals who paid by card should begin to see refunds processed shortly. Due to the volume of transactions, we appreciate your patience as we work to complete all refunds by the end of the week.
